1. Are your products in stock? Can I pre-order?
- All products listed on our website are ready stock unless specifically marked as PRE-ORDER or GROUP BUY items.

A Group Buy is a crowdfunded project where production only begins once a minimum number of orders (MOQ) is met. Items are not pre-made and may take months to deliver. - ✅ Lowest prices

Pre-orders are for items that are already in production or on the way to Kez Boards. - ✅ Shorter wait times than Group Buys

- ⚠️ Limited customization (if any)
-In stock
In-stocks (or Extras) are ready-to-ship items available after Group Buy and Pre-order fulfilment. - ✅ Immediate delivery

2.. My keycap stem feels too tight / doesn’t match the photos?
Our artisan keycaps are brand new and may require a short break-in period.
Try the following:
- Press the keycap down firmly
- Use a hairdryer on the highest heat for 30 seconds to warm the stem, then insert it carefully
Please note:
Each keycap is handmade, so slight variations from product images are expected. However, all keycaps are carefully quality-checked before shipping.
3. Can I exchange or return an item if Iordered the wrong one?
We do not offer returns or exchanges for incorrect orders unless the product is faulty.
Please share photos or a video of the issue, and we’ll assist accordingly
4. What should I do if I receive a defective item?
Reach out to us with pictures or videos of the issue. If it’s a fault on our end, we’ll
make it right!
